I am proud to share the Closing of the sales of SEDIVER from Triton Partners to Blackstone.

I would like to thank all my Sediver colleagues who, over the years, have worked tirelessly to make Sediver the fantastic company it is today. At the end of the day the value of a company is the competence and devotions of its employees!

I take the opportunity to thank the board of Seves, namely Joakim Olsson, Lodovico Viola and Jasmin Staiblin for the great cooperation over the past years.

During Triton’s tenure, Sediver has made progress in a lot of areas, by improving our manufacturing footprint, modernizing our compliance management system and addressing numerous challenges. At the end of this journey, we maintained our technology and quality leadership.

The market for high voltage insulators continues to grow. As Sediver we are uniquely well placed to reap full advantage. I look forward to taking Sediver to the next level together with Juergen Pinker and the rest of the Blackstone team!
